We are looking for instructors to facilitate workshops and classes for grade school children from KG – Grade 8 throughout the school year.
Primary duty is to teach and manage the day-to-day operations of the classes. Additional responsibilities include preparing lessons, controlling inventory and handling logistics while managing students.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have:
- A post-secondary education in science, education (especially Kindergarten) or early childhood education
- An ability to communicate to a young audience.
- Experience having worked with group of children for over 1 year.
You will be expected to:
- Obtain a vulnerable sector police check.
- Learn one or more workshop topics based on your background and experience
- Deliver an agreed-upon number of hands-on workshops and lunch time classes in schools.
- Have your own transportation
You can expect to:

- Be self-employed
This work is well suited for university or college students, recent graduates in education and retired teachers that are seeking flexible part time work in a school environment.
